Base cabinet cut list
A 30" wide, 34.5" tall, 24" deep frameless base cabinet. Standard kitchen dimensions, one sheet of 3/4" plywood.
These are the carcass parts for a standard frameless (European style) base cabinet. The cabinet box is 34.5" tall so that a 1.5" countertop brings the finished height to 36". Sides are 23.25" deep, leaving 3/4" at the back for a recessed 1/4" back panel and scribe.
The bottom and stretchers run between the sides, so they are 28.5" long. Two 4" stretchers at the top replace a full top panel, which saves material and gives you a place to screw down the counter.

Cutting order
- Decide on the toe kick. A notched side needs the full 34.5" height. A cabinet on a separate base can drop the sides to 30.5".
- Rip the deep parts together. Rip 23.25" for the sides and bottom in one setup so the cabinet front stays flush.
- Cut the stretchers from the offcut. The 4" stretchers fit in the strip left after the deep rips.
- Label parts as you cut. Mark the front edge of the sides and bottom so grain direction stays consistent.
Questions
Will the doors fit on the same sheet?
Two 14.875 × 34.25 doors add about 7 sq ft. Add them as a part above and calculate; with the toe kick included you will usually need a second sheet.
Why 23.25" deep instead of 24"?
A 24" finished depth with a 3/4" recess for the back panel and the door thickness in front is the usual layout. Change the side depth if your back panel sits differently.
